How long is delivery?

For the best possible outcome for our shrimp, we use fast, fully tracked delivery services to minimise time in transit and maximise safety.

 

• ✨ Small Orders → Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24

• πŸš€ Larger Orders → Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (premium next-day, fully tracked, signature required)

 

⏰ Same-day dispatch is available on orders placed before 12pm (working days). Orders placed after 12pm ship the next working morning. We do not ship Sundays for shrimp safety.

 

❄️ Winter shipping is active — all shrimp are sent with heat packs to keep them warm during transit.

What happens if my shrimp have arrived deceased?

We want every customer to receive healthy, thriving shrimp. That’s why we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:

 

  • πŸ“Έ Proof Required → If any shrimp arrive dead, please take clear photos of them in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery.
  • πŸ’Œ Contact Us Quickly → Send the photos to us via email or our contact page, along with your order details.
  • πŸ”„ Resolution → Once verified, we will offer either a replacement (where possible) or a refund for the affected shrimp.
  • 🚫 Exclusions → Shipping costs are non-refundable. Guarantee does not cover delays caused by courier services or if no one is available to accept the parcel.
