How long is delivery?

For the best possible outcome for our shrimp, we’ve carefully chosen reliable delivery services to ensure they arrive safely and quickly:
- ✨ Small Orders → Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a fast and secure delivery.
- 🚀 Larger Orders → Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. This is a premium next-day service, fully tracked, and will require a signature upon arrival.
Your shrimp’s health and safety are always our top priority — that’s why we only use trusted, speedy services to get them from our tanks to your door. 💙🦐
What happens if my shrimp have arrived deceased?
🦐 DOA Policy – Live Arrival Guarantee
We want every customer to receive healthy, thriving shrimp. That’s why we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:
- 📸 Proof Required → If any shrimp arrive dead, please take clear photos of them in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery.
- 💌 Contact Us Quickly → Send the photos to us via email or our contact page, along with your order details.
- 🔄 Resolution → Once verified, we will offer either a replacement (where possible) or a refund for the affected shrimp.
- 🚫 Exclusions → Shipping costs are non-refundable. Guarantee does not cover delays caused by courier services or if no one is available to accept the parcel.

Yes, you can! Our collection service is completely free to use. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a message so you can come and collect it safely from our door. 🦐💙
Do you deliver?

- 🏡 Local Delivery → We offer a personal local delivery service, depending on availability and distance. Please contact us to check if we can deliver to your area and to make arrangements.
- 📦 Postal Delivery → We also ship our stock safely across the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).
Your shrimp’s wellbeing is our top priority, whether you collect in person, receive a local drop-off, or have them delivered by post. 💙🦐
