Each box is packed at random from our available Neocaridina stock and themes. Specific colours, patterns, grades, or combinations cannot be requested or guaranteed unless stated otherwise.

🎁 BOXES WILL VARY
No two boxes are identical. Contents may differ depending on current stock levels, breeding outcomes, and seasonal availability.

🦐 NEOCARIDINA ONLY
Our mystery boxes contain Neocaridina shrimp only unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing.

⭐ “TIERS” & “UPGRADES”
Any mention of rare, epic, premium, or upgraded shrimp refers to possibility only — not guarantee. Some boxes may contain higher-grade shrimp, bonus extras, or special combinations, while others may remain within standard colony-grade selections.

📦 LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
All mystery boxes are covered under our standard Live Arrival policy.
To qualify:
• Someone must be available to receive the parcel on the first delivery attempt
• An unboxing video must be taken immediately upon opening
• Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery

🚫 NO REFUNDS BASED ON PREFERENCE
Mystery boxes are non-refundable based on:
• colour preference
• grading preference
• surprise outcome
• shrimp combinations received
• duplicate colours already owned

By purchasing a mystery box, you are agreeing to the random nature of the product.
