Orange Cherry Shrimp

£3.40
Item number: 1HG OC

Orange Cherry shrimp are a vibrant and eye-catching variety of Neocaridina, admired for their warm orange colouration and lively presence in the aquarium. Their bright tones range from soft amber to rich pumpkin orange, creating a beautiful contrast against plants, driftwood, and darker substrates.

These shrimp display solid body colour rather than the patterned appearance seen in Rili varieties. Well-bred colonies often show strong orange coverage across the entire body, giving them a bold and striking appearance within planted aquariums.

Peaceful and constantly active, Orange Cherry shrimp spend their time grazing on biofilm and algae while exploring plants and décor throughout the aquarium. In a well-established tank they quickly become a lively and beneficial part of the ecosystem.

Hardy and adaptable, Orange Cherry shrimp are suitable for both beginner shrimp keepers and experienced hobbyists. In stable water conditions they breed readily, allowing shrimp keepers to develop thriving colonies over time.
